Animals that arrive at Autumn Winds Animal Rescue & Sanctuary may be here for a variety of reasons:
Unwanted
Not able to feed
Orphaned
Owner has died
Ill or Injured
Shelter (relinquished/stray)
Unplanned Litter
Can not afford medical care
Landlord evicted
And Many more
While they are here they incur costs, from medical care, spaying/neutering, food, play toys and more,
rescuing animals takes money.
No one provides funding for taking care of these animals that no one else has time for, just caring individuals like ourselves and you.
Please Help Us to Help Them!
Animals that live at our Rescue & Sanctuary!
Festus
Festus had been attacked by a pack of dog and had already healed before coming to live at our Sanctuary.
He is missing a piece of his lip, missing one ear & has one ear that hangs down.
He will live out his remaining life here at Autumn Winds Animal Rescue.
Tiny belonged to the same Lady as Bernie, she would spend time with her everyday. Unfortunately the Lady passed away, leaving Tiny behind with a family that wanted her to be placed somewhere she would recieve the care she needed.
Tiny is around 13 y/o, is deaf and is being treated for heartworms.
Tiny will also reside at Autumn Winds, unless a very special adopter comes forth to adopt Tiny & Bernie Together.
If you would like to help an animal, but not adopt one, you can also
sponsor an animal in our shelter that is looking for a home.
Your contribution helps offset medical care, vaccinations, etc.
Bernie
Bernie belonged to a Lady that would spend time with him everyday. Unfortunately the Lady passed away, leaving Bernie behind with a family that wanted him to be placed somewhere he would recieve the care he needed.
Bernie is 9y/o, Going Blind and is receiving treatment for Heartworms.
Bernie now resides at Autumn Winds unless a very special family could be found to adopt him & his best bud, Tiny.
